Job Responsibilities: 

1. Responsibilities include conducting literature searches related to compounds, designing synthetic routes, performing laboratory-scale synthesis, optimizing synthetic processes, purifying compounds, and characterizing the products;

2. Participate in project management processes; promptly and accurately draft experiment reports, assist with the preparation of patent applications and documentation for new drug submissions.

Job Requirements: 

1.Master's degree or above in Organic Chemistry or Medicinal Chemistry or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of work experience; priority will be given to candidates with experience in drug development;

2. The ability to read English literature fluently, independently design and execute multistep organic synthesis reactions; must be proficient in commonly used compound separation, purification techniques, and structural identification methods in the laboratory, such as NMR spectroscopy, HPLC, Mass spectrometry, LC-MS, and IR spectroscopy, among others.
