Key Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Conduct research on drug targets and participate in target evaluation and project initiation.

2. Perform recombinant expression and purification of target proteins.

3. Develop and establish in vitro activity assays for target proteins, and carry out activity testing.

4. Execute compound screening and activity assays against target proteins.

Education：

Ph.D. or postdoctoral training in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Structural Biology, or a related field.

Knowledge and Skills:

1. Familiarity with cell culture and molecular cloning techniques; experience with recombinant protein expression and purification is preferred.

2. Ability to read scientific literature in English and prepare research reports in English.

3. Strong sense of responsibility and excellent teamwork skills.
