Key Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Lead a team in the design and synthesis of small‑molecule inhibitors; conduct lead optimization, structure–activity relationship (SAR) studies, and improvement of pharmacokinetic (PK) properties; support in vitro and in vivo pharmacology studies as well as safety and developability assessments for candidate compounds.

2. Monitor, collect, and curate data related to therapeutic targets, and support target identification, validation, and project evaluation.

Education and Experience:

Ph.D. or postdoctoral training in Organic Chemistry, Medicinal Chemistry, or a related field.
