Job Responsibilities: 

1.Lead a team in designing and synthesizing small molecule inhibitors, engage in lead optimization, structure-activity relationship (SAR) studies, improvement of pharmacokinetic (PK) properties, and assist with in vitro and in vivo efficacy testing, as well as safety and drug-likeness evaluations of candidate compounds;

2.Monitor, collect, and organize data related to target molecules, and assist the team in target project initiation and program assessment.

Job Requirements: 

Doctoral degree with a background in Organic Chemistry or Medicinal Chemistry.
