Job Responsibilities: 

1. Responsible for conducting in vitro compound screenings, evaluating activity and selectivity, elucidating mechanisms of action, performing biophysical experiments, and supporting SAR (structure-activity relationship) research in the chemistry department;

2. Design experimental protocols based on literature review, carry out drug screening assays, process and validate data, analyze experimental results, propose solutions and next steps plans;

3. Keep abreast of new technologies and tools, continuously refining and optimizing the in vitro bioactivity assessment platform and biophysical testing methods.

Job Requirements: 

Doctoral degree or Postdoctoral experience in a relevant field such as Biochemistry, Biophysics, Pharmacology, or Biology.
