Key Duties and Responsibilities:

1．Conduct in vitro assays to evaluate compound activity, selectivity, and mechanism of action; perform biophysical assays and support SAR studies in collaboration with the chemistry team.

2．Design experimental plans based on literature research; execute screening assays, process and review data, analyze results, and propose solutions and next‑step strategies.

3．Stay current with emerging technologies and tools; continuously optimize in vitro biological activity evaluation and biophysical testing platforms.

Education and Experience:

Ph.D. or postdoctoral training in Biochemistry, Biophysics, Pharmacology, Biology, or a related field.
