Key Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Take overall responsibility for establishing and maintaining the company’s project management system, including project management policies, guidelines, standards, and related procedures, and oversee their implementation.

2. Manage preclinical new drug research projects: define project objectives, develop project plans, coordinate cross‑functional teams, ensure clear priorities and critical milestones, and drive on‑time execution.

3. Lead CMC activities across the full development cycle, including chemical synthesis, analytical development, formulation, regulatory CMC, project management, and quality control.

4. Ensure that all R&D activities follow regulatory requirements and internal SOPs for drug registration and are fully compliant with audit requirements.

5. Coordinate the preparation and submission of regulatory dossiers for new drug applications, and track updates to domestic and international regulatory guidelines.

6. Facilitate cross‑functional communication and coordination in accordance with project plans and project management standards; monitor project progress and quality, and propose changes when necessary.

Education and Experience

1. Master’s degree or above in Medicinal Chemistry, Organic Synthesis, Pharmaceutical Analysis, Pharmaceutics, or a related field.

2. At least 5 years of project management experience in innovative drug R&D, covering both preclinical and clinical stages; familiar with project management practices and phase‑appropriate technology transfer.

3. Proven experience managing or overseeing multiple projects in parallel; experience in developing or implementing commercial project management tools is preferred.

Knowledge and Skills:

1．Strong communication skills in both Chinese and English.

2．Demonstrated ability to drive projects based on priorities, effectively facilitate cross‑functional collaboration, and resolve issues in alignment with agreed company strategy.

3．Familiarity with domestic and international new drug registration regulations and guidelines.

4．Experience with clinical trial regulations, design, and operations is a plus.
